Shipping policy

At Missaki Couture, we want to ensure our customers receive their items in perfect condition on time. We understand that getting your purchase safely and quickly is important to you, so we have created a transparent shipping policy to make the process easier.

For orders within Lebanon, we offer a cash-on-delivery payment system for fast delivery to your home or office. All orders will be shipped by a trusted third-party shipping service provider (currently local courier services) and are carefully packed in protective packaging material, including boxes and bubble wrap, to ensure the safe transit of your order. Shipping costs may vary depending on the size and weight of the item(s) and the delivery location.

For GCC countries, all orders will be shipped through an international courier service provider with tracking options available. All orders placed before 3 PM GMT+2 will be shipped out on the same day, while orders placed after 3 PM GMT+2 will be shipped out the following day. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country but should generally take 3-5 business days from the dispatch date unless otherwise specified at checkout.

We also accept credit card payments for GCC countries for added convenience for our customers. As with all payment methods, additional charges may be associated with using a credit card; these will be displayed during checkout before confirming your purchase.
